Produced

Barbera
grapes.
Barbera,
thanks
to its
constant
productivity
and
to its
extreme
adaptation,
is the
most
widely
diffused
wine
in Piemonte.
Its
colour
is dark-red
ruby
and,
mellowing,
it acquires
brick-red
reflections.
Intensely
vinous,
sapid,
full-bodied
and
strong,
it gets
refined
through
the
years.
Alcoholic
content:
12/14°.
Gastronomic
coupling:
white
and
red
meats
with
red
sauces
and,
in the
best
vintages
after
long
mellowing,
it is
suitable
for
braises
and
game.
Serve
at 18/20°.
The
bottle
must
be opened
a few
hours
before
serving.
