of Asti.
It is
a wine
which
has

discovered.
It has
a delicate,
but
very
personal
fragrance,
its
bouquet
is warm
and
generous
with
a slender
smell
of rose
and
cyclamen.
It is
dry
but
not
harsh,
a full-bodied
but
pleasant
wine
at the
same
time.
Strong
temper.
Alcoholic
content:
13.5/14°.
Gastronomic
coupling:
hot
Piedmontese
hors-d’oeuvres
and
braises.
Serve
at 18°.
